The 15th Annual Community Games, a Multi-Even Sports Competition for All Ages will be held in 2019 from Jun 1st to June 22nd.

The announcement was made by Alan Ho (pictured), Ward 2 Councillor and Isa Lee (pictured), Ward 8 Councillor April 12th in the Canada Room of the civic centre.

The city will host the opening ceremonies while sporting events will take place in and around different municipalities in York Region. It should also be noted that this is an all-ages sporting competition that is supposed to be bringing the community together in diversity and friendship through sport.

The All Community Games Management Team and Councillors Ho and Lee joined members of various sports organizations and York Regional Police Superintendent, Chris Bullen in announcing events, competition days and venues.

They also announced a new partnership between Curling Canada and a new location for the games. Sponsors of the games include the City of Markham, Town of Richmond Hill, City of Vaughan, City of Toronto, LuCliff Company Limited , Sing Tao Daily and York Regional Police.
