Cliff-jumping and a kids airplane ride are coming to Canada’s Wonderland in 2020. The park boasting over 200 attractions (including 17 roller coasters) and the 20-acre Splash Works water park has even more in store for the coming year.
Just when you thought Planet Snoopy was filled with tame kiddie rides, the Beagle Brigade is coming in to shake things up – the sky to be precise! The exciting airplane kids airplane ride features six suspended airplanes zipping through the air.
Youngsters will be taken along an oval horizon that includes sharp turns along the Beagle Brigade Airfield sure to inspire giggles from the entire family.
Then we have the new Mountain Bay Cliffs soon to be overlooking the Splash Works water park in 2020. Cliff jumping never seemed so easy, and this multi-level attraction will be taking guests to new heights – and splashing right back into the water.
Guests of all ages can work up to the challenge of conquering up to 25-feet (or 7.5 m) of the cliff peak on the new ride in 2020.
“We’re committed to finding new ways to deliver fun, immersive and memorable experiences to guests of all ages,” said Norm Pirtovshek, General Manager at Canada’s Wonderland. “The addition of Mountain Bay Cliffs in Splash Works will offer our guests a unique outdoor experience unlike any other. And Beagle Brigade Airfield promises to be a favourite for children, as we continue to expand our family attractions in KidZville and Planet Snoopy.”
Canada’s Wonderland is located in the heart of the GTA’s Vaughan, Ontario and owned and operated by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN), one of the world’s largest regional amusement-resort operators.
